Challicoms Deliveries
In 1872 Challicoms started using horse drawn vehicles to get customer’s goods to them, we offered an efficient and reliable delivery service for our customers. Since then, horses have been replaced by vans but that is the only thing to change - our free delivery service is as good as ever! |
We deliver to most areas every week ensuring that we will be able to find a convenient time for you. Although we can’t say exactly when the delivery will be made, we are able to give you either a morning or an afternoon slot and we will be happy to ring you half an hour before we arrive to give you some advance notice.
Upon arrival, our staff will be more than happy to take the furniture to the room you want and unwrap/assemble it as necessary before removing any packaging/unwanted furniture.
Delivery is free for customers who live in North Somerset, Bristol and surrounding areas. For customers living further away, we look at each case individually in order to find the best and most cost efficient solution.
We use our own vehicles and our own experienced, professional staff which gives us the flexibility to meet the demands of customers and allows us to ensure that your furniture is delivered with the utmost care by our trained staff.
Often new furniture is brought to replace old items and we are more than happy to dispose of your old, unwanted furniture when we deliver to you.
Please make sure you book this service in advance so we can accommodate you.
Unfortunately, the council impose a Landfill Tax which means that we have to make a small charge to contribute to this (dependant on the size of the item)
